Terms

This document is in preparation. It cannot yet be finalised because the seller’s legal name, registered address, contact details and tax information have not been provided. We will not invent them.

This site stores your shade, quantity choice and cart in your browser. You can remove them by clearing this site’s data. When you select “Checkout”, your selection is sent to the connected Shopify store, which handles the order, payment and checkout details under its own notices.

If you select “Accept all” or enable Marketing in cookie preferences, this page loads the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram and sends advertising events for page views, product views and cart additions, including the selected shade, number of bottles and euro value. We do not send your name, email address or phone number. Without your consent, the pixel is not downloaded. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer; further events then stop and this site’s Meta cookies are removed. Your consent choice is also passed to Shopify for checkout.

The final wording will be published here once the missing legal details are available. In the meantime, you can read the version currently hosted by the store: store document. That wording also still requires completion.
